Just keep an eye on your chat. The people talking there are the ones you can know for sure are watching!
FYI, Twitch doesn't provide a feature to see specific viewers, but engage with your audience in the chat to know who's there!
There's no direct way, but you can view the list of users in chat by clicking on the 'Users in Chat' button.
