The short answer: you can't. Instagram doesn鈥檛 let you see who shared your reel specifically. Keep making awesome content and people will keep sharing, promise!
I've been through this! To see the number of shares, switch to a professional account and check the Insights for your reel. Sadly, you won't see who shared it personally.
Switch to a professional account, then go to Insights > Content You Shared > Reels to see the number of shares. It's a bummer you can't see who shared it, but numbers are still helpful!
