Just check the 'Login Activity' under 'Security' settings on the app or website. You'll see everything there.
Open your Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top right, and select 'Settings'. From there, head to 'Security' and choose 'Login Activity' to see all the devices logged into your account.
