When you're in your alliance chat, just look for the green dot next to the player names! Simple as that.
Easy peasy! Just check the alliance tab. The green dot next to a player's name means they're online.
To see who's online in Rise of Kingdoms, you can check the Alliance Member List. Online players will have a green dot next to their names.
