Easy peasy! Just head to settings, Game UI tab, and enable Net Debug Stats. You'll see your ping onscreen during games!

To check your ping in Fortnite, go to the settings menu, select the Game UI tab, and turn on Net Debug Stats. Your ping will appear in the top left corner during a match!

From my experience, you just need to enable Net Debug Stats in the Game UI settings! The ping display has saved me from lag rage so many times.
