To self-revive in Apex Legends on your PS4, you'll need to get your hands on a rare item called a 'Knockdown Shield' with the self-revive feature. Not just any shield, though! Look for the one with a golden hue, that's the Legendary tier. Once you're knocked down, press and hold the prompt on your screen to start the self-revive process. Just remember, it takes a bit of time and leaves you vulnerable, so find a safe spot!

Short and sweet: Golden Knockdown Shield = Self-revive. Get one, get knocked, then hold the button. Magic!

Honestly, self-reviving is overrated. Just stick with a good team and you won't even need it. Teamwork makes the dream work!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
