Selling cars in GTA 5 is pretty straightforward if you know where to go. Head over to Los Santos Customs with the car you want to sell. Drive the car into the garage, and you'll see the 'Sell' option in the list of services. Just remember, you can't sell premium cars like those you steal online or supercars. Also, there's a time limit between sales, so you can't just keep selling cars one after the other.

Here's the deal from personal experience: Only certain cars can be sold at Los Santos Customs, and the payout varies. Some high-end cars won鈥檛 get accepted, so don鈥檛 bother trying to sell those. Also, if you鈥檝e got a wanted level, you might want to clear that up first or the shop won鈥檛 serve you. Made that mistake myself and ended up in a wild police chase instead of getting cash.
