I once tried to sell a skin, but Epic Games has strict rules against it. Your safest option is to just rock it in-game or sell your account if you really must.
You can't. Epic Games has made it clear that skins can't be sold or traded.
Unfortunately, you can't directly sell Fortnite skins since Epic Games doesn't allow trading or selling within the game. Your best bet is selling the whole account, but be careful with the terms and conditions!
