Hey there! You can't directly sell a house in The Sims FreePlay, but you can demolish it. Just head to the town map, tap on the house you want to get rid of, and select 'Demolish'. You'll get some Simoleons back. Enjoy rebuilding!

From my experience, you just have to demolish the house to make space for new projects. You can do this by going to the town map, clicking on the house, and selecting 'Demolish'. It's a bummer that you can't sell directly, but at least you get some Simoleons back!
