Nope. Can't directly sell. Only trade properties when buying a new one.

Oh, wanna offload some of that virtual real estate, huh? Here's the deal: directly selling properties in GTA 5 isn't quite a thing. What you CAN do, however, is trade it in. When you're buying a new property, select the one you wanna ditch, and you'll get a nice discount equal to its value off the new place. Easy way to 'sell' and upgrade!

Straight up, you can't just sell properties in GTA 5 like a real estate mogul. But, swapping properties? Totally doable. When buying a new spot, just trade in your old pad for a price cut on the new digs. It's kinda like selling, but with extra steps.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
