Selling a property in GTA V online isn't as straightforward as buying one, but here's the gist: You can't sell a property directly for cash like you do with cars. However, you can trade it in when purchasing a new property. Just go to buy a new property via the in-game internet and select the property you want. The game will then offer you the option to trade in your old property, which will deduct the value of the old property from the price of the new one. Essentially, you're 'selling' it back to the game!

Direct selling ain't an option, mate. When yer eyein’ a new spot, that’s when ya can ditch the old one. The game knocks off the old pad's price from the new digs. So, more of a trade-in deal. Easy peasy!

Nope, can't sell properties for cash. Best you can do is trade in when you're getting something new.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
