You can't directly sell an apartment in GTA V, but you can trade it in when buying a new one. Just look for a new property to buy, and the game will offer you the option to trade in your old place as part of the purchase. The price of your old apartment will be deducted from the price of the new one, kinda like a discount!

Nope, you can't just sell your apartment outright in GTA 5. Best you can do is a trade-in for a new property. It's not cash in hand, but it's something.

Been playing GTA 5 for years, and the closest thing to selling is trading it in when you're upgrading. Did it a few times - it's a sweet deal if you're looking to move into a fancier place without paying full price. Just make sure you're ready to buy a new one, or you'll be stuck with your current spot.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
