Straight up, you can't directly sell apartments in GTA Online, but here's a workaround for ya. If you're looking to get some cash back, what you can do is buy a cheaper apartment than the one you own. When you do this, the game will partially refund the difference in price between the two. It's not exactly selling, but it's a clever way to recoup some of your investment!

You're outta luck if you think you can straight-up sell apartments like a real estate mogul in GTA Online. Rockstar didn't build that feature in. Best bet? Downgrade to a less expensive pad and get a refund on the price difference. Kinda like a trade-in deal at your local car dealership, but for virtual crime lords.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
