Nope, you can't just sell it outright like a garage sale item. GTA doesn't let you do that. But if you're upgrading to a swankier clubhouse, the game does a solid by chopping off some of the price tag of the new place as a trade-in credit.

You can't directly sell your clubhouse in GTA 5, but you can trade it in! When you buy a new clubhouse, you'll get a trade-in value for your old one. Just head to the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game to buy a new one and see your trade-in offer.

Selling a clubhouse directly isn't an option. You gotta trade it when you're moving up in the world. It's more of a 'part exchange' deal than a straightforward sale.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
