I tried this in Starfield. Dock at any station with trade capabilities, then access the trade terminal in your ship's cockpit or cargo hold to sell items.
Not a fan of space stations? Don't worry鈥攋ust find a merchant ship and barter your stuff.
Selling directly from your ship isn't in the game. You gotta land somewhere to trade. Keeps it realistic!
Just land your ship at one of the many available starports or space hubs, and you'll find the option to sell your loot there.
