Ah, looking to offload some property in GTA, are we? Here's the deal: you can't directly sell a garage or any other property like you would in the real world. BUT, you can trade it in. When you buy a new property, you get the option to trade in your old one. This will give you some money back, but not the full amount you paid. It's like trading in your old car for a new one. You lose some, but hey, it's a fresh start!

Short answer - you can't 'sell' garages in GTA. You trade 'em. Buy a new place and it'll let you trade the old one. Simple.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
