TL;DR - You can't straight up 'sell' houses in GTA 5. When you buy a new one, you trade the old one in and get some cash back. So it's more of a trade-in deal than an actual sale.

Nope, can't sell them like a real estate agent. Best you can do is swap it out when buying a new one and pocket the difference. Been there, done that!

Ah, looking to offload some real estate in Los Santos, are we? Well, in GTA 5, you can't directly sell a house like you do in real life. However, you can trade it in when purchasing a new property. When you buy a new place, you get the option to trade in your old one, and the price gets deducted from the new purchase. So, in a sense, you're selling it, just in a roundabout way!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
