Actually, you can't directly sell houses in GTA Online. You just trade them towards a new one. It's a bummer, I know. So, choose wisely when you buy!

Selling your house in GTA Online is kinda like trading it in rather than selling it outright. You can't sell a property without buying a new one. So, when you go to purchase a new property, you get the option to trade in your old one. This will give you a partial refund that'll go towards the purchase of the new property. Remember, you gotta have enough dough to cover the difference if the new place is pricier!

From my experience, the trade-in option in GTA Online is pretty sweet. I traded my old apartment for a swankier penthouse and got a decent chunk of change back. Just make sure you're trading up or you might not get the refund you're hoping for.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
