Quick tip: You can't sell your house for cash like you do cars at Los Santos Customs. Just buy a new property and get a trade-in value for your old one. Easy peasy!

Selling your house in GTA V isn't as straightforward as buying one, but there's a workaround. You cannot directly sell a property, but you can trade it in when purchasing a new property. When you buy a new house or garage, the game will offer you to trade in your current place. The trade will give you a rebate on the price of the new property, which is essentially how you 'sell' your old one.

Honestly, just keep all your properties. More garages, more space for your car collection!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
