You can't directly sell a property in GTA V Online like you do with cars, but you can trade it in when buying a new one. Just purchase the new property you want, and you'll get an option to trade in your old one. The trade-in value will be deducted from the price of the new property. So, choose wisely!

Hot take: Honestly, not being able to just outright sell your house in GTA V is kinda annoying. But the trade-in thing works, just make sure your new spot is worth it.

Been there, done that! I traded my old apartment for a newer, fancier one and got some cash knocked off the price. It's like selling, but with extra steps. Make sure to upgrade for the best deal!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
