Tried everything and still can't sell that card? It's because you can't. No-sell cards are for your collection, not the market.
If it's marked no-sell, it's stuck with you. Use it for collections or missions instead.
No-sell means no-sell. Those cards aren't going anywhere, no matter how hard you try!
No-sell cards are like that one sock you always lose: you can't get rid of it.
