Short answer: No direct selling. When you buy a new property, you get an option to trade in your old one. It's like part-exchange, not exactly selling, but it gets some of your money back.

Nah, you guys got it all wrong. You can't 'sell' properties in GTA 5. Only trade when buying a new one. So, choose wisely where you invest!

Alright, so you wanna flip that real estate in GTA 5? You can't directly sell properties like your houses or garages in the same way you buy them. BUT, you can trade them in when you're buying a new one. Just pick a new property, and the game will offer you to trade in your old spot, giving you a discount on the purchase price. Easy-peasy property flipping!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
