Nope, can't sell properties directly. Just trade 'em in and consider it a 'moving discount.'

You can't technically 'sell' properties like you do cars or other items in GTA 5 Online. The workaround is trading it in for a discount on whatever new digs you're eyeing. So, if you're looking to downgrade or just switch neighborhoods, start shopping for your new place and the trade-in option will pop up.

Selling properties in GTA 5 online isn't as straightforward as buying them. You can't directly sell a property, but you can trade it in when purchasing a new one. Just choose the property you want to buy, and during the buying process, you'll get the option to trade in your old property. The value of your old property will then be deducted from the price of the new one. Pretty neat way to get some of your money back!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
