Selling properties in GTA V Online is a bit tricky since you can't directly sell them like you would a car or a bike. What you can do is trade them in when buying a new property. When you purchase a new property, you get the option to trade in an existing one, which will give you some credit towards the purchase price. Remember, though, you won't get the full amount back, so choose wisely!

Actually did this the other day. You buy a new place and it'll ask if you wanna trade in an old property. Not exactly selling, but it's the closest we got in GTA V Online. Works for me since I wanted a better apartment anyway.

Nope, you can't just sell properties outright in GTA V Online. Gotta trade 'em in. Think of it as upgrading your crib and getting a discount for handing over your old digs.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
