Selling property in GTA 5 Online isn't as straightforward as buying it, but here's the workaround. You can't directly sell a property, but you can trade it in when purchasing a new one. Just buy a new property, and you'll get an option to trade in your old place. The price of the old property is then deducted from the price of the new one. Pretty cool way to 'sell' and upgrade!

Heads up, you technically don't 'sell' properties in GTA Online. Instead, swap it for a new one and get some cash back. It's like trading in your old video games for new ones!

Nope, can't sell. Only trade. Short and not-so-sweet, but that's the deal in GTA Online. Better than nothing?

Actually u can't sell properties like u do cars in GTA 5 Online. Best u can do is replace it when buying another. Kinda sucks but that's how it is.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
