In GTA V, you can't directly sell a property like you do a car. However, you can trade it in when buying a new one. Just go to buy a property you want, and the game will offer you to trade in your current property. The value of your old property will be deducted from the price of the new one. Think of it as a part-exchange deal!

From my experience, the best you can do is 'replace' a property. When you buy a new one, the game subtracts some from the new property's price, considering your old property's value. That's the closest to selling you get in GTA V. Hope this helps!

Short and sweet: You can't sell properties outright in GTA V, but trading them in while buying a new one gives you some cash back.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
