tbh, you can't directly 'sell' items to other players for tokens. You create stuff, like rooms or designs, and then get tokens through the marketplace if others like/use 'em. Kinda like being rewarded for being awesome at creating.
Just make dope stuff and list it. The better it is, the more you earn!
