Sorry to burst your bubble, but you actually can't sell warehouses in GTA 5. The game doesn't have an option to sell properties like warehouses directly. What you CAN do is trade it in for a different one, but only when you're buying a new warehouse. The game will offer you a trade-in price for your old one, which is something at least!

Hot take: Why would you even wanna sell your warehouse? It's all about building that empire, not downsizing. Keep it, make more money!

Actually, there's no direct way to 'sell' a warehouse, but you do get some cash back if you trade it for another one during a purchase. I learned this the hard way after trying to streamline my criminal enterprises. Not the same as selling, but it's something.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
