Direct selling? Nope, GTA says no to that. But swapping? Heck yeah. Just trade your garage for another property, and the difference in price feels like you sold it.

Actually, you can't 'sell' your garage in the traditional sense in GTA 5. It's more about trading up or down and getting some cash difference if it's cheaper. I tried flipping properties like a real estate mogul, and it's kinda fun!

So, wanna cash in on your garage in GTA 5? It's a bit of a roundabout process, but here goes: You can't directly sell your garage, but you can trade it in! Just head over to the in-game internet, find another property to buy (make it fancier or cheaper, your call), and during the purchase, you'll get an option to trade in your current garage. The price of your old spot will be deducted from the new place's price. Pretty slick, right?

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
