You can't sell houses in GTA like you do a hot dog at a stand. You gotta trade it in when buying a new one. It's like part-exchanging cars, but with more stylish living spaces.

Easiest way to sell a house in GTA? Just trade it in, my friend. When you're upgrading to a new pad, you can trade in your old one as part of the purchase. The game will automatically deduct the value of your old house from the price of the new one. Just remember, you can't sell a property outright without replacing it.

Hot take: why even bother selling? Each property is a new spawn point and a place to hide from the cops. Keep them all!

Who needs to sell houses anyway? Just collect 'em like rare Pok茅mon cards. More the merrier!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
