Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't directly sell your nightclub in GTA 5. But hey, you can always buy a new one, and the old nightclub will get traded in. So, sorta like selling, but with extra steps.

Nope, can't sell it. Best you can do is trade it in for another nightclub. It's the GTA way of saying 'no refunds, but exchanges are cool.'
Tried to sell my nightclub once, thinking I could cash out big time. Turns out, you can't directly sell properties in GTA 5. Ended up trading for another location. Not the cash windfall I hoped for, but a fresh start? Priceless.
