Actually, selling properties in GTA V Online isn't an option. You have to trade it when you buy a new one. It's kind of like a part-exchange deal in the car world. Works out pretty much the same.

lol, you can't really 'sell' property in GTA V Online like a real estate mogul. Just buy a new property and the game will force you to trade the old one. Easy peasy.

Selling property in GTA V online is a bit of a trick since you can't directly sell a property like a house or garage. Instead, what you do is buy a new property in the place of the one you want to 'sell.' When you purchase a new property, you get the option to trade in your old one. This gives you a partial refund that's applied to the purchase price of your new place. So, basically, you're 'selling' by trading it in for a new purchase!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
