I've done this before: ask your friend to create a shirt or game pass that you can purchase for robux. It's a bit roundabout, but it works!
Unfortunately, there's no direct way to send robux to another player. You could, however, buy them a game pass or item from their game as a workaround.
Short answer: you can't. Try gifting them a Roblox gift card instead!
