Just lose to your friends on purpose. Problem solved.
Unfortunately, there's no official way to transfer coins directly, but you can always bet in friends matches and lose on purpose. Just don't make it a habit!
Been there, done that! Just throw a match against your buddy, and they'll get the coins. Win-win for friendship, lose-lose for your coin stash.
