Hey there! You can't send gift cards directly in Hay Day, but you can always gift someone an official App Store or Play Store gift card, which they can use to buy diamonds and stuff in the game!
No direct way to do this in Hay Day, but a real-world gift card for apps will do the trick. They can use it for Hay Day purchases.
