Sending gifts in Animal Crossing is super easy and a great way to show your friends some love! Just head over to the airport and talk to Orville at the counter. Choose the option to send a letter, then select a friend from your list. After writing your message, you’ll get to attach a gift to the letter. Just pick something from your inventory. Pay the postage fee, and voila! Your friend will receive your gift along with your letter the next day!

Hot take: Honestly, why bother sending gifts when you can just drop them off at your friend's island? Way faster and you get to hang out!

Can confirm: sent a rare fish to my buddy last week using the post office method. Super simple. You write a letter, attach the gift, and send it off. They were stoked to get it the next day! The anticipation makes it more exciting than just dropping it off.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
