To send money on Steam, you don't directly send cash, but you can kinda do the same thing by gifting a Steam Digital Gift Card. Just head over to the Steam store, find the Digital Gift Cards section, select the amount you wanna send, and choose your buddy as the recipient. They can then use it to buy whatever game or DLC they've been eyeing!

Actually, you can't really 'send money' on Steam. The closest thing is buying a Steam Gift Card. So, no direct transfers, but gift cards get the job done.

I've sent a Steam Gift Card to a friend for his birthday, and it was super easy. Just pick the amount, enter his Steam ID, and bam, he's ready to splurge on new games. It's not exactly sending money, but hey, it works.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
