To transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Violet, you'll need to use Pokémon Home as an intermediary. First, link your Pokémon Go account to Pokémon Home. Then, transfer eligible Pokémon to Home before moving them into Pokémon Violet via the Nintendo Switch.
You can't transfer directly from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Violet. Use Pokémon Home as the middleman.
