How to Send Pokemon from Switch to Pokemon GO
First, link your Pokémon GO account with your Nintendo Switch. Then head to the Poké Ball Plus option in the game menu on the Switch and select 'Connect to Pokémon GO'. In Pokémon GO, go to Settings, click on 'Nintendo Switch', and connect with your Switch. Now, you can transfer Pokémon by selecting them in your Switch game and sending them over to Pokémon GO!

It's super easy! Just make sure both your Switch and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, open Pokémon GO, go to Settings > Nintendo Switch, and link the accounts. Then, in your Switch game, choose the Pokémon you want to send and hit the 'Send to Pokémon GO' button. Voila!
Link your accounts in both games' settings and then transfer away!
From my experience, the linking part can be a bit tricky, so double-check you're connected to the same network. After that, it's smooth sailing!
