To send resources in Rise of Kingdoms, you need to join an alliance first. Once in an alliance, click on the “Alliance” button, go to the “Members” tab, select a member, and choose the “Resource Assistance” option. Simple as that!

Just click on a fellow alliance member's city and hit that 'Assist' button to send resources. Boom, problem solved.

In RoK, click 'Alliance,' go to 'Members,' select who you want to help, and hit 'Resource Assistance.' That’s it!

Join an alliance and use the 'Resource Assistance' feature in the members tab. Keep in mind, alliance center level affects your capacity to send resources.
