Unfortunately, direct robux transfers aren't possible without BC. Your friend can create a game pass, and you can purchase it to give them robux.
No BC, no direct robux transfer. Sorry, that's just how it is.
Create a group, put robux in the group funds, and then distribute them to your friend. It requires initial robux investment but works!
I once had a friend create a t-shirt I bought, and we both got what we wanted! Just make sure to set a fair price.
