The only reliable way is through the group payout system. Just join the same group, have the group owner distribute robux through payouts.
You can't directly send robux to someone else, but you can go about it by buying them a gift card or having them sell an item in their group and you buy it.
Honestly, just use a gift card. It's the cleanest way to go about it.
