Just go to the Item Shop, pick the skin, and click 'Buy as a Gift.' Easy peasy! But remember, you need to have been friends for at least 2 days.
You gotta have the gift option enabled in your settings and be friends with the person for at least 48 hours. Then just go to the Item Shop, select 'Buy as a Gift,' and voila!
Simple: Item Shop > Choose skin > 'Buy as a Gift.' Your friend will love you for it!
