You can't send V-Bucks directly to a friend, but you can gift them items from the Item Shop! Just make sure you have two-factor authentication enabled and that your friend has been on your friends list for at least 48 hours.

The best way to share the love is to buy a V-Bucks gift card for your friend. They can redeem it themselves!
You can't send V-Bucks to friends. Epic wants you to buy gift cards or gift items from the shop instead.
From my experience, gifting items directly from the Item Shop is the easiest way to share something with a friend. Can't do it with V-Bucks, though!
