Honestly, you can't directly send large video files through the Xbox app. Try sharing a link to a video stored on OneDrive or another cloud service instead.

Make sure your video is saved on your device. Open the Xbox app, navigate to the chat where you want to send it, and click the attachment icon to select and share the video.
