You can also use a USB drive. Save the video clip to the USB, plug it into your computer, and then transfer to your phone.
Honestly, just send it to yourself via Twitter or another social media app. Works like a charm if you're in a hurry!
I've done this before! Use the PS4's Share Factory app to edit and export clips, then transfer them to a USB stick. Finally, move them to your phone. A bit more work, but you get more control over your clips.
