Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, then just hit 'Activate.' Voila, you're done!

You gotta make sure you鈥檙e signed into the account you want as primary. After that, head to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. Simple as that!

Login with the account you want to set as primary, then navigate through Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 and select 'Activate'. Easy peasy!
