Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and just press 'Activate.' Done and dusted!

Just sign in, hit up Settings, cruise over to Account Management, and slap that 'Activate' button under 'Activate as Your Primary PS4.'
