First, craft a beacon at the Fabricator using 1 Copper Ore and 1 Titanium. Deploy it from your inventory, and then rename it by interacting with it. Easy peasy!

Fabricate the beacon at the Fabricator (Copper Ore + Titanium), deploy from inventory, then customize its name. It's as simple as that. :)
