It's easy! Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), find Fortnite under the 'Details' tab, right-click it, and set the priority to 'High'.

Oh, I've done this before! Open Task Manager > 'Details' tab > Right-click 'Fortnite.exe' > 'Set priority' > 'High'. Done!
